    Wizkid, one of Africa’s most successful artists, has just released his highly anticipated new album

    “Morayo”. With over a decade of experience, Wizkid has built a reputation for innovating Afrobeats and collaborating with top artists worldwide. BEFORE “MORAYO”: WIZKID’S JOURNEY SO FAR Wizkid was born Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun on July 16, 1990, in Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria. He started singing at a young age and was part of his church choir.

    Wizkid’s music career took off in 2010 with his debut single “Holla at Your Boy”. His first album “Superstar” was released in 2011 to great success and critical acclaim. Throughout his career, Wizkid has won many awards, including a BET Award, a MOBO Award, and several Headies Awards. He has also been nominated for other prestigious awards, such as a Grammy Award and a MTV Africa Music Award.

    In addition to his music, Wizkid is also a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist. He founded the Starboy Entertainment record label in 2013, which has signed many successful artists.
